One of two posters that resulted from my Message Making class at college. The client for both was The Lion King broadway show, which is a riot of costume and color. The goal was to create advertising for the show in print form.

The little details in the swirls of color rising above the costumed woman spawned the second poster, which you can see here: [link]

Ho-ly wow. That's amazing! I've wanted to see the play for a while now, actually, and now I want to go see it even more!

The lions are very well drawn, and I love the swirls behind the woman. I also love how she's detailed yet somehow simplistic. Wonderful work! :heart:

Eeeep! :heart: I love this. You really got the style of the show down... even though it's, y'know, a Broadway musical. But I don't even need the logo at the top to be able to tell it's Lion King.
